• To start a return, email hello@dropzy.store with your order number. Please don't send items back before your return is approved.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 30 days with photos or video, and we'll arrange a replacement, store credit or refund.
• EU customers can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
